Who we are
We started Kent External Cleaning on the back of our sister company, Kent Clearance.
Kent Clearance has been clearing houses, garages and building sites across the county for years, and it’s built up 178 five-star reviews on Trustpilot doing it. Plenty of those reviews mention Steven by name.
The cleaning company came out of the same thing customers kept saying: that we turned up when we said we would, did what we quoted for, and left the place tidy. Different kit, same way of working.
We’re a family-run business and we’re out across Kent seven days a week, in Maidstone, Medway, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Folkestone, Dartford, Sevenoaks and Gravesend most weeks.

We do the jobs that need doing from thirty feet up, or on your hands and knees, or both.
Gutters, windows, roofs, driveways, patios, decking, fascias and solar panels, plus end of tenancy cleaning inside and out.
Most of it is about staying ahead of the weather. Moss in a driveway joint, algae on a fascia board, a gutter that’s been overflowing quietly down the same stretch of wall for two winters. All of it is far cheaper to clean than to repair, and all of it looks worse to a buyer or a tenant than the owner tends to realise.
Whether it’s a family home that’s got away from you or a commercial property that isn’t presenting well, that’s what we’re for.

- Honest advice. We’ll tell you what actually needs doing rather than quoting for everything. If we don’t think a stain will come out, we’ll say so before we start rather than after.

- The right method. High pressure strips moss off a driveway, and it also blows the jointing out of a patio and raises the grain on decking. We match the technique to the surface.
